I love this BOY!!

I think one reason our transition without Brady has gone as smoothly as it has is because of this wonderful child. He is the sweetest, most sensitive, understanding 8-year-old I have ever been around. He helps me every day with the girls and is so willing to support me with whatever we need around the house. He completely understands our present situation with Brady being gone and seems to be especially thoughtful about how he can assist me as I run the house.

The other morning Zeke was taking all of the trash out of the house...one of his new jobs now that his daddy isn't here to do it. As he was putting a new bag in the can (which he ALWAYS remembers without me even having to tell him!) he said, "This job is really easy, I mean it really isn't a big deal." I really DO NOT like trash duty so I am thinking...yippee! One more plus for your future wife....she will have a man who doesn't mind taking the trash out every day.

  1. He will make a great husband one day!

  2. What a big, awesome boy!!! Praying for all of you!

  3. I am so happy you started blogging again! I have enjoyed reading to catch up with you guys. It sounds like the families merged perfectly. I am so happy for all of you! I cant wait to follow the rest of your journey.

  4. It has been such a blessing to read your posts and hear how well you are doing. It has been neat to pray for a man I never knew and his newborn daughter, cry through their pain and see how God has answered the prayers of many that have prayed on not only his behalf but yours as well.

Thanks for sharing your life with us and know that we will continue to pray during this deployment.

  5. I really enjoy your blog. It is nice to read positive, happy things in this day and age! So happy for you all. May God continue you to bless you all.

  6. Hi Jenny, I have followed and prayed for your husband and Chloe and it has been a complete blessing to be able to now follow your new family! God is so incredibly good! I am amazed with your grace and kindness... your such a wonderful mother and you all make a beautiful family. I will continue to pray as you make your way through the next few months. Blessings to you!!!

  7. Hi Jenny,
You don't know me, but I think we have quite a few mutual friends. My husband is also in the AF fighter community, so we knew friends of Brady & Sara's and followed along with their story. It's wonderful to see the way God has worked in your lives to bring you together.
I think my husband was one of Brady's instructors in pilot training (I would confirm that, but he's also deployed at the moment), and we also were in the Ravella's squadron when Andrea was battling cancer.
Hope this deployment goes quickly for you, and that you feel very welcomed into the Air Force life.
I'll be checking in for updates.

  8. What a special little boy! I have added you, Brady and your children to my prayer list, especially while Brady is away. Love to you from Colorado.
